GAGE is a public-private, not-for-profit, 501C3 corporation. It is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors from business, government, and education—the founding entities of GAGE. Daniel Bugher serves as the chairman of the board.
Oversight for GAGE activities is provided by seven committees: Executive, Finance, Entrepreneurial & Tech Transfer, Company Affairs, Downtown & Events, and Nominating. Board members sit on these committees and ensure that GAGE fulfills its core mission of cultivating an environment in which businesses thrive and jobs are created.
